Larry Gloss, Founder and President of Gloss & Company

 

He has over forty-one years of successful fundraising, marketing, planning, and management experience. He believes we are fortunate to live in an age with momentous opportunities to tackle  challenges that can be solved by using hard work and strategic thinking. 

 

He knows what it takes to build a charity from the ground up, hire, manage, and evaluate staff, plus recruit effective board of directors and volunteers to accomplish specific result-oriented objectives. He has written numerous case statements, brochures, strategic plans, policies and procedures to ensure the continued growth of a charity's fundraising campaigns and programs.

 

His accomplishments nationally and internationally have entitled him to be listed in the Marquis “Who’s Who in the West,” “Who’s Who in America,” “Who’s Who in the World,” and the “Who’s Who in Finance and Industry.” Most recently, he was also nominated for the "International Who’s Who of Professionals."

 

Besides serving four years in the Peace Corps in Colombia and Peru, South America, he has been an Executive Director, President of a Foundation, Vice President of Development, Director of Development, college fundraising instructor, professional speaker, and organizational trouble shooter. He has  served as an officer and board member of various large and small charities and professional associations over the years.

 

Larry helped numerous charities raise millions of dollars to expand their facilities, staff, operations, projects, and programs. In order to keep his involvement with local, regional, national, and international programs. He has also been a member of the Rotary Club  of Denver for more than 15 years.
