Larry Gloss    , Founder and President of Gloss & Company

 

He is a Colorado native and has over thirty-six years of successful fundraising, marketing, planning and management experience. He is an optimist that believes we are fortunate to live in an age with momentous opportunities to tackle  challenges that can be cover come using hard work, critical and innovative thinking. 

 

He knows what it takes to build an organization, hire and manage staff, work with boards and volunteers to accomplish specific result-oriented objectives. He has established the necessary policies and procedures to ensure the continued growth of an organization's fundraising and programs.

 

His accomplishments has enabled him to be listed in the Marquis “Who’s Who in the West,” “Who’s Who in America,” “Who’s Who in the World,” and the “Who’s Who in Finance and Industry.” Most recently, he was also nominated for the International Who’s Who of Professionals.

 

He has been an Executive Director, Foundation Executive, Vice President of Development, Director of Development, College Instructor, Conference Speaker, Trouble Shooter, plus an officer and board member of several charities and professional associations.

 

Larry has helped numerous charities raise millions of dollars to expand their facilities, operations and programs.
